I asked for detailed services on my truck and I was told that the cree is "too busy today so no detailing, just regular wash". Then I had to keep standing in line for another 30 minutes before I could get out. Never coming back here!!!

If you’re looking for a Hand Car Wash place I recommend them for the area. If they miss something just tell them and they will happily fix it for you. They have two locations that are pretty close to each other so if one is busy you could always go to the other one. Plus they have an app that’s really great that will tell you their wait times so you don’t waste time driving over there if you don’t have time.

The amount of issues I am dealing with from this company is profuse and are now causing medical issues. They are impossible to get hold of and don’t care about the customers or what they are telling them is going on. They lie about the services being performed and are not worth the hassle caused. Do not recommend.

Mammoth car wash is such a beautiful place! Any time I’m in town from College to get my car cleaned they take care of me every time leaving my car so fresh and brand new! They ALWAYS pay attention to detail and make sure I have the best experience possible! People always think my car is brand new because of how spot on they are with their cleaning! The staff is very respectful, nice, and always willing to go the extra mile to make sure your car and service is taken care of! In specific, the Managers, Eduardo & Jenny are amazing! They care about each one of their customers personally giving the customers 10/10 service & always willing to help. They’re very professional & diligent in their work. I’ll forever recommend this to a friend or family member. My entire family gets their cars cleaned here and we’re never disappointed!!

I love this place, and will miss it deeply now that I've moved away. You'll be greeted by the friendliest person on Earth, and then after specifying which detail you want you're whisked away to a relaxing little hangout spot while they clean your car better than any detail shop I've been to. Cannot recommend enough. Sure they're pricier than your typical quickie car wash, but it's worth the premium.

I have had many car washes and details done here and have been very pleased with the results. It may take a little longer than the average car wash but it is worth it to get your car done right.

Stop by Mammoth one day with a paint issue and they helped me out. I though it was very nice of them they were closing at the time also. So I recently signed of for their monthly wash program. They do a great job on my vehicle no complaints. Keep up the good work.

Some parts of the car were clean but they missed a bunch. If it hadn't been an hour past when they initially said it would be ready by and needing to get back to work I would have inspected more carefully. There were still leaves and gunk by one of the wipers, the spot where the back opens near the roof was full of gunk, lots of missed spots on the roof and a damp rag wiped on the seat came back dirty. If I wanted a school fundraiser quality wash I would have done that instead of spending almost $100 for a sloppy job. Won't be back. No point.

Want to make your two year old car look like it is fresh off the lot? Take it to Mammoth Detail for some pampering. I have been going to Mammoth for years and absolutely love their hand wash service to keep the interior and exterior fresh. Less frequently have I used their detail service. What an amazing treat this is for your car and for you! Mammoth transformed my wife's two year old Jeep Wrangler. It came out of their detail salon mint! It rained for the next two days...but as good as Mammoth is they haven't yet figured out how to control the weather. Go and enjoy, you won't be disappointed.

I’m used to a hand detail place in Buckhead but when I moved up here I needed a new place. Tried out Mammoth and it’s a little pricey and I’m used to Buckhead prices, but if worth it I’m ok with that however when I got in and drove off I noticed they didn’t dust or clean off my entire dash, screens etc. now I’m on my way to a meeting and don’t have time to think about going back just to get the inside wiped down

They broke the my car’s interior lock on the left rear door. I was there on Monday morning and discovered it on Saturday when I put groceries into the car. No one sits back there and it was not broken before I took my car there. This will be an expensive job to have my dealership repair. I definitely will not return.

Mammoth performs very well overall. They are my go to car wash as they are far and away better than the nearby competition. The one critique I would provide is this: Mammoth clearly aims to attract upmarket customers and their prices reflect their intended consumer accordingly. With the price premium comes higher expectations and that's where they fall a bit short. They need to implement some quality control so the experience is consistent. Often times I find myself having to reclean the interior of my car because they failed to wipe down the chemicals properly after applying them... leaving streaks everywhere on the leather and console. It would also be good if they could pay a little more mind to inadvertently changing vehicle settings as they clean. I usually have to spend a few minutes restoring my vehicle settings prior to driving off. They should have an experienced employee inspecting the cars prior to the owner returning to it. Other than that, they do an excellent job. The staff is very friend and professional. I trust my car in their care.

Fantastic experience! I drive an old out of shape car and they treated it just like the Ferraris in there. Everyone is very nice and I'd say they're rather quick for the amount of work that's done.

Great experience, great detailWas recommended to Mammoth by body shop. So glad I was, our 2014 Odyssey came back looking brand new. I really felt they truly got into all of the cracks. The interior changed colors. Will return next time we need a detail and have recommended to friends since!

I have a exteral service from this location with my car with lots of paints. I am so happy with their work because all paints has been removed without any scratches and my 2 year old car becomes like brand new car. I will come back with my other car for sure.Thanks all for your hard work who work at this detail shop. I would recommend to come to check this shop if anybody likes to clean or detail without any worries.

Greeted upon arrival..Guy was super nice and informed me about wait time which was awesome knowing the time frame. Car came out clean and smelling good. Definitely will return!!

Good for a standard wash and I will return; however, I will not be upgrading anything or getting one of their upgraded washes. I purchased one of the top washes paying over $50. I did this because I wanted my interior wiped down including the seats. It really doesn’t look like this was done and I still had to hit a couple areas with my vacuum later. Great for a standard wash but not worth upgrading from a standard.

I can not understand how these types of car wash offer polishing service and remove all the scratches without having a professional person to be responsible as they have an idea of what it is to polish a car but to charge and lie are very professional I understand how many people qualify this car washed with good reviews this car that I will leave some photos was polished in that car wash I stay with good brightness but an extremely horrible job the only thing they did perfect was to shine the wheels and clean the wheels rest of work was a complete robbery if this car wash wants to compete with other autolavados needs to hire professional staff not someone who just take a polisher and do only nonsense really a real shame all the remodeling they did in the property because to make details are very far from being profecionales by the way I leave photos of how I received this car and how was the final result after 4 hours work in the car the blue tape line show before and after

I REALLY Love a Clean Car!Can a clean car be my love language? I always love a clean car.... so when my husband signed me up for the monthly Mammoth Car Wash Plan... I was thrilled! I never EVER have to ask them to clean something better, they do it right every time! Inside and out! The APP lets me pick a good time to go, so the wait time can be planned for, and its the best car wash I've ever been too! And since I'm that car wash nerd... I mean it's a great car wash!!

I needed my light colored fabric seats shampooed due to dirt/sweat-type stains. They did a great job! Unfortunately, you have to bundle the stain cleaning with a car wash, but other than the small additional cost it was well worth the money! They are very accommodating if you have any issue with the service and will genuinely try their best to ensure you are satisfied with the result.

Excellent wash and detailing service. I wouldn't go anywhere else. Staff very professional and courteous. They are very thorough and my cars look amazing. Several times I have left money in the car and it is always still there or they have found a piece of jewelry or other valuable I lost under the seat and they will put in my cup holder. I highly recommend.

They have always been straight shooters and they have a great attention to detail. I look forward to there new paint correction and ceramic coating services. Simply the best! Not just the best car wash, but the best customer service, management, leadership and overall customer experience of ANY business that I frequent! Mammoth will exceed your expectations, and if anything is not to your liking, they will go above and beyond to make it right. I only wish all business owners could “get it” the way Jimmy does. He is an incredible person and genuinely wants every single customer to have the best experience ever. I highly recommend them. I also love the app, which allows you to see how long the wait is for a wash. If it is too long at this location, I just head over to the newly remodeled location on Main St (like I did today). Keep up the great work, Mammoth, your customers appreciate it!!!
